Joined Hands in Eco-action
Around sixty sportsmen, members of the Rovinj Basketball Club, participated again this year in the spring ecological effort to clean up and repair the sports fields organized by the Tourist Association of Rovinj under the motto 'Let my Istrian Shine'.
The youngest basketball players were in charge of cleaning up the access road to Škaraba from where they carried away about ten bags full of garbage. The cadets painted and marked the basketball court within the Eden Hotel, while the veterans had the most demanding task of fixing the hoops and metal constructions.
The diligent workers of the Utility Service led by Barbara Matošević Talajić, Head of the Green Unit, once again joined the eco-action and planted twelve linden trees in front of the basketball court. lipe.
