German Bicyclists Visited Rovinj
Two hundred and fifty recreational bicyclists from Germany visited Rovinj in the framework of the project called Spring Bicycling in Istria. This bicycle race organized by the I.D. Riva Tours for the seventh year in a row started on May 4 in Poreč and will end in six days in Pula.

On their route, the recreational bicyclists, many of them belonging to the older generation, cover 55 km daily using the breaks, besides for resting, to explore the natural and historical beauties of Istrian towns. On the day before the last day of the race their destination was Rovinj where they stayed for a few hours, visited the old part of the town and the Parish Church of St. Euphemia. They were hosted by the Tourist Association of Rovinj.
